The proposed residential project "QUICK CITY PURBACHAL" will be established on an area of land measuring 1365 Bigha (546 Acres) at north side of RAJUK PURBACHAL UPOSHAHOR (which is lying just beside the 180 feet Dhaka by pass road).

Acquisition of the land (i.e. 1365 bigha/546 acres) and all the necessary paper works have been completed. The project is now at its initiation stage, out of which most of the land preparation works is already completed. Initially, it will be a city of 450 duplex houses each of 2,400 sft on 5 katha (3,600 sft) plot. The project will not be limited only to development of land and construction of the proposed 450 duplex houses; rather it will provide a complete housing solution.

All the houses will be fully furnished and equipped with the most modern and sophisticated furniture and amenities. There will be a substation and required number of generators to ensure continuous electricity supply to the project.
